Hi, thank you for coming here! I fancied a short German to English help for registering / using the forum would be appropriate, although already many managed to register here without any help.
Registering:For registering, here is a list of the needed words on the registration form.
NOTE: We have a problem with spambots trying to register currently, so please choose a good member name and preferably not an email address at a spambot-server. Newly registered accounts we identify as spambots are manually deleted currently. In case this happens to you please drop me a PM on a different forum, and I apologize in advance. EDIT: It seems the "yahoo" problem is solved, so email addresses from yahoo should be accepted by the forum.
Click the button "REGISTRIEREN" on the top menue bar.
Type in your user name "W?hlen Sie einen Benutzernamen:" into the first empty field.
Type in your email address into the second empty field "E-Mail:".
Type in twice your password into the third and fourth empty field ("Passwort w?hlen:" and "Passwort wiederholen:").
Type in the letters / numbers you see for verification into the last empty field ("Visuelle Verifizierung:").At the bottom of the page, click the I agree-button to state that you agree to the forum terms ("Ich bin einverstanden") and click the "Registrieren" button at the bottom of the page to send the registration request.
You will then receive an email to the specified email adress, from which you can activate your account by clicking on the link (I think, I didn't check this as I don't want to register a new account. Anyway, the main part is done and it should work then!)
Choosing English forum layout:Once registered, you can switch to an English forum layout, which should make browsing the forum much easier. Go to "PROFIL" in the top row menu buttons, choose "Benutzerkonto" (the first entry of the second paragraph), and then there is a drop down menue "Verwendete Sprachdatei:" where you can switch from German to English. To confirm, you have to put in your password in the last field ("Aktuelles Passwort:") and press the button "Profil Ändern". Afterwards, the forum will feel much more comfortable for you!
